THE FOOD

The food served at the retreat is an experience in itself. Nico is very passionate about food. His values of the sourcing, location, farming practices and of course the preparation match those of Jose Catriman. Jose and his team are of the most sought-after chefs on the island, with clients such as footballer Ronaldo, Mick Jagger and many other celebrities. Jose incorporates South American traditions of home cooking and mastery of the open flame.

100% of the ingredients used are local whole foods, certified organic and equal to Nico´s food choices; free from processed foods, table salt, refined sugars, dairy and gluten.

Founder of BARE NICO, Men’s Coach, Nutrition Expert, and your Host.
With his bare approach to life, connection with nature, daily meditation, movement practice, and knowledge around nutrition, Nico leads a life that has inspired many men to step into self-worth and leave behind distractive habits of self-sabotage.
He has found a way to make men feel a sense of belonging, identify their life purpose, and embrace their new role of conscious masculinity in today´s world where men are hurting.

Certified Krav Maga instructor, Psycho Neuro Immunotherapy therapist & body worker / massage therapist.
Using Krav Maga, His technique allows men to manifest passive aggression that can be applied to the pain management process in conjunction with the principle of re-regulating the immune response through self-hypnosis. You'll learn to channel this energy to attenuate the pain response and bio hacks to keep vital bodily systems optimal.
Rodo Escalante

Founder of Alchemy: Rewire, Breathwork Facilitator, Author and Professional Free Diver.
Rodo developed a comprehensive system to rewire the mind through our breath, Alchemy: Rewire. It teaches men of all ages and backgrounds to go beyond their mental limitations of stepping into their masculine power.
Rodo will facilitate multiple breathwork sessions durin the retreat to help us alleviate some of the complex challenges experienced by men today.
